SoundPrism is a paid product sold by Castor Logic Studio. You get a perpetual license for one user. No subscriptions, no recurring fees. We offer a 30-day refund policy — no questions asked.
When you purchase SoundPrism, Castor Logic Studio ("we", "us") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use SoundPrism on any computers that you personally own or control, for your personal or professional use.
This is a single-user license. One purchase covers one person on any number of their own machines. It does not cover redistribution to other users or deployment in shared environments where multiple users access the software.
SoundPrism offers a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all features. When the trial expires, you will be prompted to purchase a license to continue using the software. No credit card is required for the trial.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller. Paddle handles all transaction processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SoundPrism for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Your license includes all updates within the current major version (v1.x) at no additional cost. There are no upgrade fees, no annual subscriptions, and no feature tiers. Future major versions (v2.0+) may be offered as a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price for existing customers.

SoundPrism, including its code, design, documentation, and brand, is the exclusive property of Castor Logic Studio. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved.
Audio content processed by SoundPrism remains entirely yours. We make no claim to any audio you process, record, or modify using the software.
SoundPrism does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All audio processing happens locally on your Mac. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
SoundPrism is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware and software configurations.
While we work hard to make SoundPrism reliable and will actively fix bugs, we cannot guarantee perfection. Audio software interacts with complex system-level APIs that may behave differently across macOS versions and hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Castor Logic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of SoundPrism.
Our total liability for any claim related to SoundPrism shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using SoundPrism and delete all copies.
We will never remotely disable your software. If your license is terminated, you simply stop receiving updates.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SoundPrism after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
